Payment

Orders Will Be Shipped Only When Payment Is Made In Full.

Currency Accepted: All prices are quoted in US dollars and payment must be in US dollars. A 6% Sales Tax will be added to purchases shipped to Maryland addresses.

Methods of Payment: I accept cash, checks, money orders, cashiers checks and payments via PayPal. Sending cash through the mail is not recommended, and I will not assume responsibility for any loss. Please make all checks, money orders and cashiers checks payable to Leona's Gallery.

Personal Checks: Personal checks must be bank-imprinted with the signer's legal name and an accurate mailing address. Please include your phone number and drivers’ license number. Payment by personal check will be delayed until the check has cleared.

Mailing Address: Please use the "Contact Us" page in the Storefront or contact me Lady Leona for mailing address.

     Credit Card and Electronic Transfers are not currently established methods of payment. If you prefer PayPal, please click on the link provided above.

Returns

Returns & Refunds: There are no returns on opened lingerie products. Client may return any item as long as it is in the original condition (unopened). Client should contact Lady Leona via e-mail for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to the return.

Please ensure that I have an email address to be able to communicate with you.

Shipping

Third or fourth-class US Postal Service shipping will be included in the quoted prices for addresses within the United States. All items shipped will be insured and require a receiving signature. Please ask for a quote on shipping charges if the order needs to be shipped overseas, or if you prefer priority shipping. Also, please specify which shipping service you prefer for me to use.
